This wedding questionnaire will help me make sure I can do the absolute best job of capturing your awesome day. Please fill it out and send it back to me before our introduction call. The idea is that I can use the form to create a comprehensive timeline and put together my itinerary to ensure I am always in the right place at the right time and that your wedding photography coverage is awesome! Please note: Unfortunately you can’t save your progress on the form, so please make sure you’ve got all the information you need before you sit down to fill it in. Grab a cuppa, or a glass of wine, put on an awesome playlist, and dig in!
